Spread the word to NYC artists

Trucks of Art 2026 is a citywide public art program led by the NYC Department of Sanitation (DSNY) in partnership with the Sanitation Foundation. Artists will transform active sanitation trucks into large-scale, moving public artworks seen across all five boroughs.

Using zero-waste materials, including paint that would otherwise be discarded, artists create designs that celebrate keeping NYC clean, sustainability, and the essential workers who keep the city running. The program culminates in a public unveiling festival in late spring 2026.
