Who we are The NYC Food Waste Fair is an interactive experience connecting the hospitality industry, small businesses, and local residents in NYC with the resources and knowledge they need to get to zero food waste.
What we do We provide programming and educational opportunities that connect leaders in composting, food waste prevention & recovery, and more with businesses and residents who are passionate about food waste.
How we do it This year's programming will empower New Yorkers to fight food waste at home and in their own communities. We will also be launching our End Food Waste Guide, an interactive how-to guide on how to fight waste as a business or resident.

Our End Food Waste Guide provides users with a step-by-step tutorial to fight food waste at home and at work, while showcasing the industry leaders and businesses that can support their goals along the way.
